TytanX Rubber Sponge Trowel 280 x 140 mm, 20 mm Sponge

This TytanX rubber sponge trowel is a 280 x 140 mm plastic float faced with a 20 mm rubber sponge, a TytanX tool from Instar, Poland. It smooths freshly applied wet plaster, gypsum above all, to an even surface ready for paint or wallpaper, and it also cleans grout and mortar residue off tiles. What the TytanX Rubber Sponge Trowel Does

Freshly applied plaster has to be smoothed before it can take paint or wallpaper. A rubber sponge trowel does that job: a rigid top carries the flexible sponge face across the wet surface.

• 20 mm rubber sponge. Resistant to abrasion and heavy use, and safe on delicate tiles and plastered surfaces.
• Rigid top, flexible face. The pairing evens cement-lime, gypsum and acrylic plasters and clears surplus grout or mortar from tiles.
• Glued sponge pad. The sponge is bonded to the plastic float.

Safe Use and Care

• Wear protective clothing, gloves and eye protection.

• Keep it away from open flame, and do not leave it in direct sun for long: it can melt.
