BP11 MINI MAX – PVC MINI MAX Rustication Strip with Mesh
The BP11 MINI MAX rustication strip with mesh complements our rustication profile offering.
The BP11 MINI MAX strip does not require a groove in the thermal cladding.
Applications:
For creating grooves in the volume of the plaster and adhesive layer. Creating plaster division lines and color schemes on the facade surface. The small dimensions of the BP11 MINI MAX strip (7mm wide and 3mm deep) allow you to add subtle accents to the facade, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and introducing a "technical order." BP11 MINI MAX strips can be successfully used to imitate natural stone slabs using decorative/mosaic plasters, such as GRANITE or SANDSTONE – for this purpose, the BP11 MINI MAX CC cross connector and the BP11 MINI MAX TC T-shaped connector are available. Installation:
Installation involves gluing a mesh strip to the façade surface and overlapping the mesh strips of the BP11 MINI MAX strip with the façade system glass mesh. The adhesive used to embed the glass mesh should also be applied under the entire PVC profile of the BP11 MINI MAX strip, along with the perforated PVC wings of the BP11 MINI MAX strip.
Additional information:
The strip is filled with high-density technological foam that thoroughly fills the interior. When applying the adhesive to the thermal cladding surface and applying the textured plaster, the foam prevents the adhesive and plaster from getting into the strip. This solution speeds up plastering and also allows for perfectly even plaster application between successive strips.
The foam should be removed immediately after applying the plaster.
