Processing times

All orders are processed the same day if stock is available. Our customer service team will notify you if items are out of stock, providing restocking times or alternative options.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our customer service team will advise you of the estimated delivery time. Goods sent by courier will be delivered within one business day for express delivery or two business days for economy delivery. Any unsuccessful delivery attempts, where the customer has been informed of the estimated delivery time, will be charged the original delivery cost. All products are shipped via pallet service, courier, or, for local deliveries, our company vans, depending on the size, quantity, and weight of the items ordered.  All deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, but may exceed 5:00 PM during peak periods. The delivery date provided by the supplier is an estimate only. Delivery time is not an essential element of the contract, and the supplier is not liable for any losses, costs, damages, fees, or expenses caused directly or indirectly by delays in delivery of the goods.

Due to the variety of products and their dimensions, our online store cannot automatically calculate shipping costs. After receiving your order, our customer service team will contact you to calculate the most cost-effective delivery method. For orders over £300, we offer free local delivery in our company van up to 15 miles from our Southampton headquarters. Beyond this distance, we add £1.50 for each additional mile, up to a maximum of 60 miles.

We also ship orders via courier.

Small parcels up to 25kg - next day delivery

Pallets up to 1200kg - next day delivery or 2 business days with the economy option

Shipment Conditions & Curbside Delivery

Pallets are wrapped with shrink wrap but are not weatherproof. Customers must protect their pallets from moisture. All deliveries are curbside only. This means that the driver will deliver the goods to the curb or roadside at the delivery address. The driver is not responsible for moving the goods beyond the curb, into a building, or to a specific location on the property. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary equipment and assistance to transport the goods from the curb to their desired location.
