Cancellations
If your order has not yet been processed, you can request a cancellation by contacting our customer service team. If your order is in progress or already in transit, please wait for it to be delivered before initiating a return by contacting our customer service team. Please note that if you cancel an order during processing or transit, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Only items that have been purchased directly from Renders World or online store can be returned. If you change your mind, you can return your purchase to us, in it’s original condition, within 14 days (excluding goods in paper bags, tinted products or special orders ).
